Open-bank.org for an open source AI

In an open world, democratisation of ‘creations of mind’ is leading to a sustainable world.

On its newsroom, Muellners Foundation announced recently that the Open Bank Portal is out of beta and released for public use.

Open-bank.org is a digital public service and brings open finance using ”self governed”, technology based ‘Association’ access to Planet Earth’s resources.

Internet users can visit the web based service and manage service requests on the Open Constitution network, and secure their financial data residency.

a. Natural persons can set up E Residency keys, and access network’s fractional ownership rights, to activate resources on the network.

b. Organizations and Financial Institutions can self organise and activate resources using their e-Tenancy keys.

c. Startups can avail network resources by activating Startup Tenancy.

d. The Open-Bank.org also makes network and network’s Artificial Intelligence accessible to Public Agencies and Data Privacy Lawmakers, International Financial Co-operation Organisations for both warrant and non warrant cases.

Open-Bank.org uses open source technologies to enforce Payment Services Directives, and regulations on financial data residency, data privacy, and member ID governance. The platform is equipped with Role Based Resource Access.

You can read more about Open-bank on the portal’s Knowledge Base here.

Future versions are slated to upgrade and simplify the network ownership contracts(Open Constitution license) for E Residents and E Tenants. Project Roadmap has been made available on the network.

The platform relies on open source distribution Finscale. The web service interface is built on open source platform – WordPress, that powers most of the Internet websites. The network is powered with third party cloud resources, tools and open source projects to set up embedded finance for Association members.

Muellners Foundation maintains Open Constitution network, and community uses the Open Bank portal to self govern resources and social finance.

Startup Tenancy on the network

This article describes the Startup Tenancy on the Open Constitution network.

Startups, and entrepreneurship are promoted on the network.

Citizens who have activated their E Residency can avail network resources to build, deploy and scale their start-up product ideas, or new projects.

What type of benefits can the startups or projects avail, by registering Startup Tenancy?

For example, citizens can unlock access to third party computing resources, network’s resources for building and deploying user applications.

Consumer driven startup product ideas can deploy use cases on the network’s beneficiary registry, to test and scale their models.

Startup teams can also access the patent free repositories or the source codes on the network.

The Self organising global community means Startups, registered as tenants on the Open Constitution network access international infrastructure.

Startup teams deploy their use cases to a global network, and network facilitates and supports project incubation.

The Startup teams also access mentor resources through Foundation’s open source accelerator.

Startup projects which graduate from the Open Source Exchange are assisted with regulatory frameworks and Intellectual Property leasing to deploy commercial models.

Who can register a Startup tenancy?

Anybody can register a startup project for the Startup tenancy on the Open Constitution network. They do so by simply become a citizen to the network first, and activating their E Residency lease.

Any project registered goes through a project lifecycle. The startup projects which graduate from the Open Source Accelerator are supported with reducing to practice in open source, their product offerings.

The citizens of the network who have founded a startup, simply register their Startup as a Tenant on the network.

Startup ideas and project ideas which focus on the social sustainable engineering ideas, ideas which restore ecological balance, create more diversity and inclusion

What does the network ask the startups in return for the tenancy?

Open Constitution requires a startup project to reduce to practice, any Intellectual property created on the OC network, to open source, licensed under the Open Constitution license.

Simply put, Startups need to open source their Intellectual Property.

For the graduates startups from the Open Source Exchange, their services are deployed on the digital public services network of the Open Constitution. Startup projects which graduate from the Open Source Exchange are assisted with regulatory frameworks and Intellectual Property leasing to deploy commercial models.

How do then these startups make money, if they open source their IP?

Open sourcing the intellectual property which is generated as part of Startup tenancy on the Open Constitution network does not mean that the startup does not charge or deploy their services in a commercial model.

E Residency and Data Residency

In this article, we are describing the citizenship access to the Open Constitution network.

Articles of Association of Open Constitution describe an open source governance protocol between artificial intelligence and humans, active on a globally distributed machine network.

Open Constitution network(OC Network) is a cyber space, which is constituted by self organised and self independent association of humans and machine.

This Digital public service network, licensed under the Open Constitution license, is by principle and design, accessible to the whole population of planet Earth.

Individuals do so by creating a Citizenship Account/Declaration. By creating a citizenship profile of natural persons, who adopt the Open Constitution, you are basically registering your human rights on a Self organising ledger.

Foundation is creating mechanisms and robotic automations to provide access to this Self organising ledger, by principle and design, using the Open Access charters, connecting digital footprint of citizen activity to Planet’s Resource.

Read Forum Articles on the Help Center about Open Access Charter

For example, Individuals, and Organisations such as Companies, Associations, Universities, Banks, Public Agencies etc can access the open source intelligence by activating a secure access to the network.

What is E Residency?

Citizens can therefore activate an E Residency on the Open Constitution network. An E Residency is a type of electronic residency program on the Open Constitution network, which sets up a citizen’s access to their rights, as part of the constitution’s articles.

E Residency is activated as a lease on the Open Constitution network. An E Residency lease comes with citizen’s ability to Self manage their data residency, access settings to the network’s assets, and their voluntary contributions.

What is then data residency?

Data Residency is basically a term, we are using to associate to ”all the data arrangements” associated with a citizen, when they activate their E Residency.

DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE AND PROCESSES BY FOUNDATION AND ITS AI: YOUR INFORMATION AND ANY VOLUNTARY COMMUNICATIONS POSTED BY YOU ON THE OPEN CONSTITUTION NETWORK WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE YOU REQUESTED SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION AND VOLUNTARY COMMUNICATIONS TO ENHANCE THE OPEN CONSTITUTION ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE NETWORK. BY REGISTERING AND RECORDING YOUR CONSENT, YOU’RE GIVING MUELLNERS FOUNDATION, ITS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS – SENTIENT BOT PERMISSION TO USE YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH NETWORK’S DATA LIFECYCLES – OCCURRENCE (DISCOVERING, DESIGNING, AUTHORING, ETC.), TRANSMISSION (NETWORKING, DISTRIBUTING, ACCESSING, RETRIEVING, TRANSMITTING, ETC.), PROCESSING AND MANAGEMENT (COLLECTING, VALIDATING, MODIFYING, ORGANIZING, INDEXING, CLASSIFYING, FILTERING, UPDATING, SORTING, STORING, [NORMALIZING] ETC.), AND USAGE (MONITORING, MODELING, ANALYZING, EXPLAINING, PLANNING, FORECASTING, DECISION- MAKING, INSTRUCTING, EDUCATING, LEARNING, ETC.. IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR DIGITAL ACTIVITY ON THE OPEN CONSTITUTION NETWORK INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR GEOLOCATION, TRANSACTION EVENTS, BIOMETRICS, LEGAL IDENTIFIERS, BEHAVIOURAL IDENTIFIERS AND ANY META DATA ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR E RESIDENCY LEASE

Read Network’s Data Policy, and know your rights.

Whenever a citizen activates their E Residency lease, citizen’s data residency helps the Open Constitution network gamify the citizenship services e.g financial, health insurances, and well being.

Activating an E Residency allows the network to process and protect citizen data according to the network’s data policy.
